Ingredients:

1 Cup of Chocolate Chips

3/4 Cup of Granulated Sugar

1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour

4 Eggs
-
1/2 Cup of Salted Butter
-
4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
-
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl.

Whisk until blended and set aside.

In a separate bowl beats eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.

Add in chocolate syrup and mix well.

Sift flour and cocoa powder.
-
Slowly incorporate until well mixed. (If using a hand mixer, use lowest setting.)

Pour chocolate batter in ramekins to 3/4 full.
-
Bake for 10 minutes. (Place ramekin on a baking pan for easy removal.)

Make sure ramekin is cool and remove cake.
